Domestic & international shipping

All your happy mails are sending from UK via Royal mail. We ship worldwide and the shipping cost will depend on the weight and size of your order as well as your location.

Currently we don’t offer tracked service for standard delivery, but you can upgrade your delivery service when checking out if you need.

 

Returns & exchanges

Sorry we do NOT accept returns, refunds, cancellation and exchanges.

Also, we do NOT replace or refund lost order for untracked standard delivery.

We suggest you to upgrade to tracked shipping if you worrying about the shipping lost.

 

Processing and shipping time

Our current processing time is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after confirming your order.

Shipping time is depending on Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail website, the estimated delivery time will be:

UK delivery aim: 2-3 business days

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 business days

Rest of World delivery aim: 6-7 business days
